Happy first birthday to us and a present for you!
We can’t believe that it’s been a year already, but what a year it’s been! We’ve bought and sold an incredible amount of massively interesting treasure and have loved meeting all of you.
To celebrate our birthday, we opened until 8pm on Friday with prosecco and cake to mark the occasion, and several of our traders were there at The SHED to chat. As it’s our birthday weekend, we’ll carry on celebrating on Saturday and Sunday with even more cake (what’s a birthday without cake?!)
In return for your business this last year, we’d like to give you a chance to win a present from us (what’s a birthday without a present?!). So, here’s a competition to test your powers of observation:
We’ve recently had a makeover of our website: www.theshedsuffolk.co.uk; added to our website are a set of Google Virtual Tours, allowing you to virtually walk around The SHED before you visit. We’d like you to visit our website, drop down the ‘things you’ll see’ menu, take the tour and tell us how many plates there are hanging on the wall in our tearoom ‘Tea at The SHED’ - it’s a simple as that.

The winner of our birthday competition will win free tea in our newly-refurbished tearoom every time you visit for one whole year.
In the event that we have several guesses that are spot on the mark, we will ask an independent person (a person that does not work, or have any professional association with The SHED, and someone that is not a contestant themselves), to pick a winner at random.
The winner will be notified by email within two days of the competition closure, and will received a voucher for ‘a free cuppa every time you visit for a year’
